This is one of the few times get to see Elizabeth without her usual bit of mystery set around her and honestly its a nice change-up, bravo!

The work done on her Elizabeth looks very appealing with the anime sense you went for that can be seen with the eyes, very impressive.  Adding in the fact you even kept very close to the original look and design for the clothing from the game too shows you really did your research and hats off to that. ^-^

Adding in the neat color scheme you did was another thing rather like about this piece.  The fact you go for that new look slapped in with some more variety makes it even more appealing then before.  And speaking of that a nice touch on adding the effects for the background or frame that she's set in like she's just coming through a tear. 

More on the coloring though, good work with additionally adding some lighting to better show the depth of the picture.  Can see that very clearly with the hair and how it shines through the image and even along the manner of the dress and the eyes themselves, very well done.

Lastly good effort with throwing in the many little things that you took the time to add.  By this I mean things such as her iconic necklace, the wild threads of hair that show along her hair, the fancy edges along the corset and even the fact she has that lost finger on her right hand.  Most would forget that last one but it looks like you didn't and even more you managed to make a wonderful piece of Bioshock Infinite fanart, thumbs up to that  Danielle-chan .
