Needed to work a bit on my realism skills coz i sorta had a feeling i lost them, but as i drew this drawing i gained more and more confident in my artworki really missed drawing traditional art, but only just a little

thanks,... i work on it a lot, give it as much effort as possible, and the result is u can see the amout of time i've put into it

i don't like the actress too, but then again i always a bit disliked hermione in the books too, way before seeing any of the movies

And you did a lovely job on the shading... picked up texture very well! I like how it's soft... but I suppose you could a bit deeper in places *laughs* I always liked the soft look <.<

the photo i was using was very soft, i actually had to contrast it in photoshop to help me get the shadings more correctly
and i guess sometimes i don't dare to do extreme shading coz if it's not right it's really hard to erease and usually smuge the whole picture

i used B2 pencil only, and then blurred the pencil lines a bit in photoshop, coz my scanner sorta makes spots on the drawing
