Description
This is for my senior project that I decided to go with in January. I'm doing a research about nostalgia and I'm also going to create four pieces for it as well.character designs, a commercial ad, a Cover, and a sequential page.
This is for the character design of Slash from the TMNT series. I believe slash was only in one episode from the animated series.
Drawing and colors by me. I still have to work on my pencils more.

I made him a bit different. There is a version in the 80's version. Just search for slash and the word binky. He was only in 2 episodes.

Wasn't he obsessed with palm trees because he had one in his tank when he was a small turtle? Anyways, totally forgot about this guy, always thought he was awesome so I bought the action figure.

Very badass. Now that I think about it, Slash was in two episodes; 1. Where
he was obsessed with palm trees (and other things),
and 2. Where he returns
to Earth as a super genius (even Don, and some of the badguys were suprised and impressed), when everyone show-wise (Don especialy) thought
Slash was a total idiot.
I believe an alien devise was the reason.
I do recall at least 2 or 3 Comics with Slash, as a goodguy;
1. Where Slash was friends with the Mutanimals.
2. Where Slash was with the Turtles on an alien ship (that insect race with the HIDEOUS Queen), Slash had a home planet that was invaded and/or destroyed by said aliens... in that one Don had a metallic staff, Raph had a girlfriend (and Raph was a complete asshole),...

This was actually brought to my attention a while ago. I was ok with it really, because it's not like someone is taking credit for my work. Just using it as an example. I guess it would be nice to be noted as the artist though.

He needs a palm tree. Slash had a strange obsession with palm trees. And while he was evil for a bit, in the Archie comics he was a good guy and actually met a heroic end.

Neh that's ok. Who ever did it just took any old Slash pic that he could find and posted it there. If anything I probably should be flattered.
Besides I don't think anyone is taking credit for what I did when they posted it, so I'm cool with it.

He was in Turtles In Time, too...wait..it seems someone has already mentioned that...He was one of my favorite characters! You capture his image so well!

Oh yeah, I remember Slash... Not only was he on one episode but if you remember the old Arcade/SNES game (TMNT IV) [i]Turtles in Time[/i] he was the boss of the prehistoric level -- and next to Super Shredder was the hardest boss in that game. Damn, he was soooooo annoying!!!
