It's not included but it's easy to make. Just open a text box and write what you want with the proper font

I'm still not sure what's your question about but the template is based on layers, every aspect of the card is edited via layers.

Ive been looking for programs that let you do this and come up short handed and ive seen other templates but these are the best so far that i have seen

Your version is much better than the other ones that i found on cardmaker forums.
I would just make a small change, that is removing that "black effect" on the center of the card.
