The beginning here is great, very soft, draws the listener in. The section right afterward is a bit weak, but then the first climax kicks in and transports the listener to heaven, or paradise, or any of the fanciful places this song could take you. I could be picky and complain about some mixing issues, but this is a song that is simply beautiful beyond words, and the melody transcends production values, in a score that could single-handedly make any film scene amazing. This is incredible.

Very beautiful piece. Was this done with Hollywood Strings?

If you got a system with at least 4GB of RAM then it shouldn't be a problem! Hollywood Strings however plays in a completely different league in terms of system load and can only be used properly with an ultra high-end system. Eastwest even updated their system requirements for HS to an i7 Processor with 16GB RAM and an SSD drive.

The beginning sounds like from typical romantic drama but is still very well made. But when I've listened whole track I realized how epic it is. It is great piece of music. I imagine it, as used at the end of the movie, when main character is returning home.
I really need to ask You. When you are composing, are You doing this for some particular movie?

That was very beautiful. :'3 ItΒ΄s softly raining outside and the fresh air of wet grass, concrete and trees while this plays in the background.

wow dude that totally blows! I did get a new computer that can handle Hollywood Strings but its not compatible with my keyboard so im pretty much stuck until i get a new one. Are you going to try to make another demo? or is it just way to much

Definitely, actually I'm obliged to do so. They want to hear some adventure stuff from me that I'll start to work on soon! Right now I'm doing cues for a videogame to gather some money for a new system first. A PC with 16GB RAM and an SSD drive is highly recommended if you want to run it. Probably the most memory consuming thing I've ever seen!

16GB of RAM?!? thats like super computer!!! mine only had 8GB of RAM and now im unsure if it can run it that well. How well is the video game coming?

The game is coming along pretty well! And yeah, there are single patches in HS that take up to 1.5 GB of RAM. So I'm not sure if 16GB are even enough yet.

that makes making me sick just thinking about! I should then probably buy Symphonic Orchestra Platinum instead don't you think?

I still don't see what makes HW so much more better than ESQLSO Platinum

Sampled legato intervals, string runs and full control of the expression and vibrato of a played note. If you are a beginner you shouldn't bother much with it, but when it comes to making your string orchestra sound like a recorded one HS is the way to go.
