I convinced my parents to let me load painter on to their computer, took a PHOTOGRAPH (and a crappy one at that) of the lineart for this, and colored it this morning primarily with a mouse. My tablet does wonky jitter things with my parents' computer. All in all, too much effort to do it again until I get MY computer fixed again. I just wanted to see if I could do it.Don't make fun of my crappy *katakana*.

I really adore the color schemes you used on this one... it gives it this vibrant, bright and almost kind of sneaky feeling. Like a life led violently... Great job using the slight pinktones into the reflective shadows. and I really like that pose (I suppose that's what gives it the sneaky feeling). Only bit of critique? Great frickin' perspective. but I think that bottom part of his arm should attach further back... it looks a little forced. Otherwise? FAB. U. LOUS.

somehow, i never imagined him with a nipple piercing.
good job with the anatomy, but the dark make-up on his nose looks like it's some kind of triangular jewelry, instead of make-up. i like the eye a lot, but i think the best part is the forehead protector, it looks really good.
