I think they go nice together in the "this is the only person who's lived as long as you have" kind of way. no matter what gender the other person is, if that's the only person who's been around as long as you have while everyone else around you eventually dies, and the ONLY person who really understands you... I don't know. it's an interesting situation. especially considering their personalities. it'd never work out, but there's no one else you could be with.
they aren't my most favorite XS pair though.

I think I like Wilhelm x Canaan the best, mainly cuz they're my favorite characters, but also cuz Wilhelm made/owns Canaan and all that, it's kinda cool. Wilhelm is really cold and doesn't believe in love so it makes sense to stick him with someone who has suppressed emotions.
Jr. x chaos used to be my fave, but it's easier to stick Wilhelm in a yaoi pair than it is to put chaos in one, cuz he's supposed to be all holy and stuff, and Wilhelm is like, damned, so it's okay, lmao.
I like Jr. x Canaan too cuz Jr. is special to Canaan, and Jr. was the only one who really gave a rat's ass about him in Episode III.

i guess its cuz Jr. is supposed to be the 'demonic' character and chaos the 'angelic' one.
I dont really know why i like chaos x Wilhelm so much. I guess its cuz theyre my two fave charas, or maybe cuz theyre just so darn cute together...

I have a pic in my gallery of Jr. as a devil and chaos as an angel. I used to draw those two a lot.
I'm kinda influenced by popularity a little, I like to draw stuff that isn't overdone, and Jr/choas are among the most popular characters in the game. all XS art is either Jr, chaos, KOS-MOS, Albedo or the URTVs, or Shion, MOMO, etc. I like drawing the ones that aren't drawn much.
