I saw her from a distance... she was alone and taking pictures of herself with her mobile phone. She had this cute and humble half smile that was infectious. I approached her and asked if I could take her picture. Judging from her accent, I think she's Japanese. If I'm right, then I'm lucky that she could understand and speak English. I always have problems communicating with most Japanese I encounter, so nowadays I usually don't approach them. But this girl was pretty cool. When I explained about my project, she hesitantly asked me with her soft voice "is it safe?" I was surprised, struggled a bit and said "oh yes, yes of course..." Eventually she said yes. She is very beautiful. Her skin has barely any visible pores or texture, not visible to the camera anyway, and her eyes show a hint of that humble half smile. Fabulous.

You're one of the only people I actively watch, and it's because of this stranger series you do. You encounter the most interesting people and actually have the daring to approach them. In every single one you have on here, you do them the utmost justice. I've been unable to choose a favorite because I like them all for various reasons. Besides just the variety of the models and the effort gone to to get their pictures, your technique is impressive to me. If you wouldn't mind, would you please share what equipment you use, and how you get such soft and pleasant light effects?
