this is pretty epic,,thats what i talk about art!this days the art world changed into an clown circus!they call paintings like this in vienna decorativ artwork,i had an fantastic sea scape with beautifull composition and fine high quality work on it,i bring it to sell, and they told me paintings like this isnt worth anymore,i can have 300euro for that, and before 15years it was 100,000!and when i look on abstract art works with prices like over 25000euro,i totaly dig that i dont understand the art world in this days!i feature this beautifull work into your new group, cheers sir

Every day, every one around, including my family is blaming me for my aesthetic concepts and my effort to learn and understand the old masters. Why I do that? Because I think that understanding the past is the only way to evolve and create good art. The price is that most doors in the art world are closed to me, but I keep going on this path. ps: In my home town, Craiova, I am not even allowed to expose my painting in the town gallery.

What a sad story friends. But I know a teacher/painter who tell his students that abstract art didn't/doesn't contribute to the evolution of art in general, is something apart.

Though I'm no expert I feel you have captured the light and lightness of dutch art of the day. Well done with this series, a good exercise and long live traditional art.
