This is my half of an art trade with of their OC, Sunrise.I've been itching to get back into traditional art for months but with commissions, work and just life in general, it has been pretty tough to find the time for it.
An art trade with a very close friend of mine? Perfect chance to pick up my Faber Castels again!

At the moment I'm trying to work on the faces, I did do a sketch for practice a few days back but it went in the bin

I just felt like my faces were really cartoony and I couldn't stand it but I've finally got to a point I want to be at even if I'm not 100% satisfied.
Maybe a tiny dragon on the handle of a spoon that has sugar on it lol.

Ah I see, but that's pretty alright the same lol. AT least my printer is decent and can do some nice printing, and as long I have canson sheets it comes sharp and endurable lol. And as I said before, I don't mind if you can't give me anything real or you can do it on a next time!

I need a new one to be honest.
I don't have my installation disc anymore so my new laptop isn't set up to it properly and I can't adjust any settings when it prints or scans

Β Well, we all hate scanners... I have mine overheated broken until now so weee, literally gave up on submiting those late traditional arts I owe. Worst is that no one cares for it here as they don't use papers as I do lol, so it's going to take some time to be fix. Plus money for it is expensive, a bit.
Guess I'll just think on some "nice" text to make the words soft and post the journal later. All I can still do (remake) is an AT and a gift. Don't have time for redoing the rest and my "curse" from birthday helps me getting my planned intention, sigh...

Yah well it got worse.
The internet router had to be upgraded so now my scanner is only hooked up to the old router which is no longer used so without the installation disc... That scanner is fully useless now.

I had luck I could finish or don't have commissions on paper. Except for that trade but the person is being really patient and understanding with me. Plus they haven't gotten their part finished as well.

I got a new scanner today but... it didn't come with the cable for the scanner to be hooked up so I still can't upload traditional art
Ontop of that, I ran a virus scan that accidently picked up a Photoshop file which I didn't realise so I deleted the file and then discovered Photoshop no longer works...
Basically I have no way of doing art or uploading it.

I have to completely redo a group chibi comm now, the paper I used was for oil paints and it's completely destroyed the colouring and I also realised I don't have the right colours for one of the characters so I'm just like
Yeah, I had it off and I'm not back in now until Sunday but I also got sent home from work early yesterday because I've lost my voice. Good thing computers aren't voice controlled lol or I couldn't reply to anyone!
