Description
Following along with and 's ideas for their character's elements, I feel I should do the same ^^ I'd draw and color all 5 moves, but I don't wanna keep you guys waiting for too long, so I'll post them in parts. Afterwards all post all images in one big thing! ^^
Wing’s element of the Void is all energy-based. With proper chi control, he can turn his chi into physical energy and use it in combat. The use of the Void, however, is proven to show destructive results, so Wing is careful not to put too much chi into his energy attacks. The more chi he uses, the more powerful and damaging his attacks become. Most of his moves are based off of the techniques shown in the Dragon Ball manga series he reads. The manga plays a key role in discovering the Void’s potential power and help develop techniques used by the books’ characters. Unlike the other Dragons’ elements, using the Void has limits in which Wing must also keep in mind and control. Using too much of the Void’s power physically exhausts his body and leaves him defenseless. His energy attacks are all in his elemental and aura color: yellow. He has no final move due to the amount chi he can put into his techniques, excluding his Chi Sense. The damage of his attacks range from minor to devastating.
Chi Blast – As his most basic move, Wing can use one or two hands to shoot discharged portions of energized chi towards his opponents or objects. This technique doesn’t require much chi for a simple blast. He uses it for non-fatal blows and diversions.
Chi Sense – After Wing is able to control and harness his chi, he slowly gains the ability to sense surrounding chi/aura. He can use this ability at any time to sense approaching chi from any direction as well as track where other chi is. Chi can also be determined as either strong or weak, depending on the person and other life forms. With a mental vision, each person’s chi is colored differently. Within a long period of time of associating with other people, their chi is printed into his psyche so he can recognize which chi is who’s.
The next three will come later! Hopefully I'll have time!

If you read the description in my latest submission, you'd know that Wing and Raimundo have a bit of a feuding rivalry

Thank you! I'm glad I did a good job on her!
And I just got an idea for a tender moment picture between Wing and Hikari ^^

These are pretty much the first time I drew these characters, including yours XD And as for the style, I'm kinda basing it off both the show and from Reiki's work, so that helps a lot~

Really? Well, that just makes this all the more impressive! I know I had a hard time drawing Clay when I first drew him, but you got him down nicely here. It's a nice mesh of styles. I can see Reiki's style, but I can also see that you're trying to do your own thing with it. That you're not just copying her.

The hardest thing when it came to drawing Clay was his hat XD I just couldn't get it right
The only difference in Reiki's style is that she draws the girls with a bit slimmer figures. At least, from my observations. But overall, her style is great! I just try to stay true to the show's style even I may have to tweak it a bit.
I also forgot Omi and Raimundo's aura colors were switched later in the series. ><

His hat really is hard to do, so I don't blame you. I have to have a ton of references for his damn hat. XD
Yeah, true. Though, Chronicles decided to do the same thing. Pretty much all the girls in that show were skinny as a twig. I think even skinnier than how Reiki makes girls. Her style really is great, and super cute. I love how much she's improved since I first met her on here. Her recent animation of Shadow is just so awesome.
Honestly, the aura colors you have here suit them better anyway. XD

I know, right?!! Reiki's work is amazing! I love yours and Reiki's so much, including the characters, I just wanna add them into my fandom! It's kinda having our own little XS trio thing XD
Truth be told, you can do so much more with digital art than with traditional tools. At least that way you can correct a mistake, but with me, I can only do it once and not screw it up

Well, since I consider you a friend on here, you're more than welcome to have Renai in your little Xiaolin universe. I kind of already have a set universe for my OCs, but I don't mind having a few alternate ones here or there. Like my friend Dayna, who included Renai in her comic. It's really interesting. Then my other friend, Dani, who I've been RPing with for years. She's added Renai into her own universe, and we've had her and Dani's OCs go through lots of adventures with the monks.
That's why I prefer to stick with digital. I like being able to have more control, and I get better results with my art. If I do any traditional art, it's mostly just sketches that I end up tracing over digitally anyway. XD

Well, I hope I'll find time to draw more of Renai ^^
Hey! I do that too with my sketches when I had a less expensive and not as good tablet years ago XD
