A modified program coded by anonymous user kterigu717, Jiraia is a powerful hyperlink-breaker that has eluded SCENSOR's capture til date. Programmed with the ability to hide within .mp3 and .wav files, Jiraia has been known to throw entire Raikouger search parties off his trail by downloading and uploading itself across all manners of unregulated file-sharing websites. Before the SCENSOR 16 worldwide update, kterigu717 and his Variance program have only been involved in mass illegal downloading and file-sharing crusades, but ever since the rise of net terrorist organization "Dirt Grind Melee" (D.G.M.), several suspicious activities involving the duo have led SCENSOR administrative officials to believe that kterigu and his program have ties to DGM.

SCENSOR G0 Admin personnel are advised to install the latest version of deconstructive_amp when engaging this threat. If the target attempts link-breaking, back out of the domain and re-engage from a sister site.
