Wow, I can't believe I missed this one! I really like this picture, the dress she's wearing is one of my fav from LotR.

The shading is very well done, particularly on the hair. You have a nice eye for both light and dark. However, the head is far too big for the body. She looks a little 'super-deformed'. Apart from this flaw the anatomy looks fine.
