Description The common thylacine, next to the so called "powerful thylacine". I felt it would be boring to just give the PT a CT colour variation as I have often seen done, so I gave it a colour scheme based on that of a red kangaroo and a tiger quoll (minus the spots)

Awesome drawing! I love thylacines! (p.s., sorry if my name looks similar to yours, or if I ever post stuff a lot like yours, I swear I'm not trying to plagiarise, it was just the first name I could think of, and I just like the same kind of subjects. Sorry, and I hope you can understand.

When did the bigger Thylacine go extinct? I guess a little earlier than the striped one, isn't it? Very cool, by the way!

incredibly well done!

Just to clarify, they believe the 'Powerful Thylacine' had stripes because possible aboriginal cave paintings depict it as such; though there is a dispute over species

I think I know what cave paintings you're talking about, but it never occurred to me that they could have depicted "powerful thylacines"... I wonder if they interacted with marsupial lions. Now that would be something to see!

indeed, it's wolves vs. grizzlies all over again

*based on accounts of the modern day thylacine, thylacines did travel in loose packs at times

Thylacine Potens is often protrayed with literal tiger stripes.
