...the pendant on her necklace has the berkana rune entwined with three interlocked half circles, representing the three worlds of celtic mythology, there is also a phi spiral within the design...

Beautiful painting!
I love the subtle tones and the elegant lines!
I love how you've used an obvious knowledge of nature and mythology and woven it into the image. A really nice of blend of reality and fantasy. I like the pearls and the leaves and I like the birch bark.
As an amateur wildlife snapper it's totally way out beyond what I do but, as a closet fantasy art fan, I can appreciate it and the thought that has gone into it

Nice painting. The color scheme is good and the detailwork is also nice. The human figure is also well drawn as always in your work. All round its very well done. The only problem is that it is very similar to most of your other works in your gallery. Anyway it is a realy nice painting and im going to fav it.
