Description
Based on a dream that I've had more than once.In the dream, I was walking along a dry creek bed, & on each side of me were rough, wooden shelves with antique, blue & white china dishes on them.Β I've done my best to reproduce the feeling of the dream, although the dragon reading a book wasn't part of it.
Watercolor & Fine Liner.
Completed March 2017.

The china dishes are really well done.Β It might seem silly, but drawing a circular thing with a pattern on it and conveying the idea that it's a plate as opposed to a shield or a coin or a frisbee is no small accomplishment.
