+ High Endurance: Got this ability since he was in the gangster.

>>Sociable and Observant : He never gets bored to talk with the other people and Staring them from top to toe is  something that he always do when he’s facing new people around, He could notice some of their weakness from their appearances. Of course He could get much information by socializing and observing.
      >>Grey Hat Hacker: His Hacking ability is fall between white hat (in good will) and black hat (for personal gain). He could set a backdoor easily to remain undetected.
He’ll do anything to dig in the valuable information whether in good or bad way. He will not share the information… not until he could conclude it accurate.

-    Long Range Combat: His weapon just designed to handle until the medium range combat, although not as good as the short range, He still could deal with the medium one. But when it comes to long range, his accuracy will become very low.
-   Secretive and Liar: He’s sociable indeed but since He ever felt betrayed, he can’t trust people easily to share his own problem so he’s often to sugar coated his words when people ask about him.
- Unreliable when working as a team: Better don't rely him too much, He’s ambitious and He tends to forget or leave the other people behind to gain his own goal so he prefer to work alone.
-   Reckless: Being ambitious makes him could do a lot of dangerous things without thinking too much about his own safety.

Damn Lutter
A foldable Knife that attached with thin and sharp silver chains, it's size rather big than the ordinary foldable knife. The handle belly consist two grinds with opposite sides. The chains that attached with it made the user could use Damn Lutter as a whip or even spin the Knife by simply spinning the chains, but the chains are thin and sharp edged, it could hurt not only the opponents but also the user, therefore Regan always wear a pair of steel glove when he’s using it or in the mission.

|| [H] I S T O R Y:

Born as a half German and half Italy. Regan and his two brothers end up living in Italy with his uncle after his parents divorced. Watched how harsh his father to his mom when He was a little kid made him grew into a brusque guy.
When his uncle business got several problems with the government, the business become insolvent, his uncle become a street violinist who also gave a motivation for citizens to keep hoping for a better live. They sold most of their house appliances to simply survive, leaving an old computer and a laptop as the only gadgets in the house, Regan was the only kids who take an interest on those gadgets and become a hacker since he was 16.
As the terrible government made his family miserable, Regan, his two brothers and five more boys who also have the same poverty problem form a small gangster, they did anything to gain some money like stole the money from the bank. The gang turned into a rebellion gang against the government as Regan took the lead after his big brother dead in a motorcycle accident when Regan was 19.
Regan’s ambitious mind made the gang encountered many dangerous situations with Le Sovrano, they managed to get away but the worst day came when the two members got kill by Le Sovrano’s soldiers.
The gang’s members which include Regan’s little brother started to blame him since it was his idea from the start to fight against Le Sovrano’s soldiers, They revealed how they actually hate his ambitious personality and they just take an advantage of his hacking ability to stole the money.
As the members tried to kill him with an aim to lead the gang, Regan took out his knife, he killed all of them including his little brother in a struggle to survive. Felt betrayed by those who he considered as a family broke him up, almost made him go insane if only he didn't have his uncle who still accept him even though he knew what he has done and also helped him to hide the facts from the polices who searched for the murderer.
One day when he turned 20, His uncle got home with several injuries after beaten up by Le Sovrano’s soldiers, since his way to motivate the citizens looks like a rebellion against them. Regan tried to gain some money for his full treatment in the hospital. He killed a rich man, robbed his money and got home with bloodstained clothes, but his uncle already dead when he arrived.
Blamed Le Sovrano for everything that made his life miserable. He gathered information, hacked here and there, escaped from the securities, until he found out about The Four Families.
He sold his house, live in an apartment, bought an illegal weapon (Damn Lutter) and with a vengeful desire to take down Le Sovrano, He decided to join Aquillos since he realized he could be a helpful informant.

Regan is a sociable guy with a tons of curiosity. He talks a lot like never get bored to talk, so those who dislike a noisy people may hate this guy. His conversation much often leads to know more about the other’s personalities rather than talk about himself, like keep asking again and again, so it’s an ordinary things when he reply your question with another question.
His massive ambitious might leads him to do anything to gain his will and when he marked his enemy, His sadistic side will appear on them, which tends to make him looks cruel on the battlefields.
He maybe looks friendly and almost never lose his smile even in the dangerous situations, made it hard to gets what his actually feels to around him. He’s a haphazard guy who seems don’t give any respect to people around him but when he deals with those who have the higher rank he will try his best to respect them since he knew how hard to take a lead.
It’s hard for him to trust someone, He tends to not taking serious about friendship and don’t rely to anyone, but once He Trust You, He will never betrays you and become super protective, sharing his feeling with you, do everything for your safety like you’re not replaceable for him.

    -       The closest boy to his uncle. Also learnt how to play violin from his uncle so yeah! He could play violin.
    -       The Name Regan got from one of the gangster members when he took the lead. The guy just play around and called out his name from “Reaghan” to “Regan” which means “Regal” in the Celtic Origin, but the name still stuck on him till this day since the one who gave that name was his closest buddy and got killed by Le Sovrano’s soldier because of his fault.
    -       While “Hackett” got from his uncle which means “Little Hacker” in Germany, since his uncle knew he hack a lot and due to the fact he has the smallest body compared to his two brothers who hit 185 cm for their height.
  -       Have a lot of acquaintances in the ‘underground-world’ since He was in the gangster. Some of them even know his real name.
-       Sometimes when he paid a visit to his uncle’s graveyard, He will bring a violin or a guitar and play it for his uncle, or even sing for him (his voice actually sounds quite soft but still manly when sings). But He never told anyone about this fact.
