-Possessive: Rigel doesn't like to share, he never has. Once he knows something belongs to him, he will fight tooth and nail to make sure that it is claimed entirely as his. The Arch-Demon can be set off easily if something he 'owns' is taken from him without his explicit permission.

- Lustful: Rigel is epitome of Lust, he embodies the deadly sin quite well. He is draped in gold, silks and gems, to enhance his beautiful features. No one is safe within Rigel's gasps. Once the demon has set his lustful gaze, there is no escape until you are in his bed. This was the sin that succumb to when he was still just a Fallen in the serves of the Creator. A tavern whore had been the first of many woman. It was this lust that caught Lucifer's attention that granted the demon is current standing.

- Twisted: Despite the pretty face, Asmodeus enjoys seeming people suffer in a pleasurable sort of way. It is not entirely uncommon for him to subject his 'toys' to go days without relief or satisfaction. Hearing them wraith in pure agony sends this particular demon off on a power high that can last for days or even weeks.

- Charismatic: Being the Demon of Lust, he has to be smooth, even if sometimes his lines are a little cheesy. Good looks would have been the downfall of him, but if not for his smooth words and empty promises, Rigel has bedded his fair share of woman and men with a simple 'Hello'

Story:

Rigel wasn't always a demon, rather he use to be an angel, Rigel the Just was his name before he fell. He fell from heaven because of a stupid mistake. If you were to ask him he would say he remembers it so clearly. He was sitting out on the clouds, watching the humans, one of his favorite pass times. He loved watching them toil away, wondering what it might be like to be one of them. Then an archangel grabbed him by the shoulder and pulled him up, telling him that he had a new mission. He had not been informed of this and he was rather confused, but he loved doing anything for his 'father'. The archangel told him that he was to go to earth and kill an infant child. That should have sent up a red flag, but of course, Rigel ignored the feeling in his gut and began to ask questions.
'Why is this child to be punished? What has he done wrong?' The Archangel looked at him with a grim face and spoke in a hushed tone, 'The child is to be Lucifer's new physical body. If you allow that child to live, the child will bring about the end of human kind.' Again, something just did not seem right, but again sill Rigel ignored any instincts that were instilled in him.
He bowed his head to the beautiful angel and took flight on his wings of silver.

The journey to earth took him three days, Rigel had grown lazy, but he still arrived on earth as he was instructed. The mission was simple, easy to carry out, the only draw back was he could not allow the infant's parents to know of his presence. He stayed within his angelic form, and in the dead of night, he struck the child down. His heart ached when he could not longer see life, he knew something was wrong but again, Rigel was too stubborn to even consider something was wrong.

When he finally did return to heaven, Rigel was grabbed by Michel and Gabriel. The look on their faces were grim and cold. What had he possibly done, he pondered to himself. As they walked, or rather dragging him along, he yelled out 'What is the meaning of this, the father will hear about this.' Not once did either of them say a word.They were stone faced and as silent as death.
When they reached the council of the most high, the two Archangels threw him in front of their father, at his feet. His gaze was saddened, Rigel's own eyes were pleading, begging to know what his crime was.
'Rigel, the Just, you are charged with Murder of an Innocent' the words from the council made him shutter. 'I did no such thing, I did not kill an innocent.' The father looked down at him and shook his head, 'but you did Rigel' he murmured back to him. At that moment he felt his very heart stop beating.

What seemed like hours, Rigel watched the council members argue, many had saddened looks on their face as well, but many still shook their heads. He knew the verdict, even before it was spoken.
Of course when it was, he felt an overwhelming sadness take over him, he had been made a fool of, he had listened to an angel and was being punished for his crimes.

Micheal and Gabriel grabbed him again, but this time, did not let him go, rather they pushed his face into the cool floor beneath him. He watched as Azreal, the Angel of death, sauntered over to him. The Angel of Death's hands were cold as he gripped onto Rigel's clothes and armor.
In a matter of moments, they were torn from his body and he sat naked in font of the father 'As punishment for your crimes Rigel, you are sentences to live on earth as a Fallen.Only by doing acts of good can you ever atone for your crimes.' When those words were spoken, Azreal took his wings in both of his great hands and pulled.
Rigel can still recall the ripping and popping of his wings as they were torn from his back, but not once did he cry out. He was far too furious. The last look that he got was of their Father, looking down at him with that saddened expression.
When He finally came to, his back ached, his body was bruised and cut up and he lay in tattered clothes, all he could think of was revenge.

As the centuries flew by and he captured many of the Arch Demon's that threatened the mortal world he began to grow tired of the endless game of cat and mouse. 'When will I be restored to my rightful place next to the father' this was the question that he asked many Archangels. None of them ever gave him an answer though. So one day, finally fed up with the games,Rigel left the Fallens behind him, and did not look back.
He had heard that there was a way for a Fallen to become a human, but it required a death of a Nephilum, one of the toughest things to kill. That idea was quickly given up on.
As he grew bored of sitting and waiting around for something, anything to happen, he found himself lusting after female woman. Their ample breasts, their silky white skin, their hair, everything about the female human made him want more.
Slowly, he began to indulge in fornicating with these woman, and...he enjoyed it. Not once did he ever regret it. The passion, the pleasure, the release! All of it was far to delicious to turn away from, and that was when an old enemy came to visit him.
Rigel remember that it was after one of his escapades with a slender brunette with mounds of curly hair, that a cloaked figure came up him.

When he pulled the hood from his head, Rigel stared in awe at the beautiful man before him. Long silver hair that reached just his butt, molten golden eyes that looked into the very depths of his soul, a well build figure and perfect white skin. Rigel was speechless.
He took note of Rigel staring and smiled devilishly, 'Rigel, I have come to make you an offer,' he was more than willing to listen.He leaned up against the door jam and listened to Lucifer breath in and begin to speak, 'God threw you out of heaven without even finding out who the angel was, did he not? God has forsaken you, but you my child, I have not. I offer you a place at my side, as a great arch demon. I will grant you powers beyond even that of Micheal's. Join me, for if you do not have me, you have no one.' The way he spoke he could literally taste the power.
Rigel was no fool and he accepted Lucifer's offer with a quick shake of his hand. The moment their hands released he began to feel where his wings had once been, tightening and burning. he winced and almost cried out, but did not.
Rather he looked to Lucifer, who smiled maliciously, his golden eyes aflame with desire.
Moments later, Rigel had been given wings and horns, his wings were no longer the luminous silver they had once been when he was in heaven, no, now they were dark, black as midnight and dripped with blood, his blood.
From that moment forward he was Lucifer's right hand Demon, he know that the Fallen would hunt him, and that Michele and Gabriel had told the father but, he did not care. He gave up on Rigel, so he was simple returned the favor. s)
