Description
I have a very bad habit- I can't help but constantly create new characters- so when the new EXP system came out I raced to get this guy done! I hope he gets in ><Name: Arthur Chevalier
Species: Vampire
Age: 17 years old
Gender: Male (although he has very girly hair XD)
Height: 5" 10'
Class: Weaponry
Power:
~ Bloody Puppet- creating weapons/puppets from his blood- can not effect other's blood
~ Bloody Compensation- Stealing strength or health from others' blood (he has to actually be drinking it)
Hopefully these powers aren't too much- I wanted him to be more vampiric then my previous character XD
Personality: Arthur's ego is so big it didn't fit completly on the app sheet. This is what he is like. He is also charmingly arrogant and can be quite stubborn. Naturally fairly clever, he prefers to use his intelligence for mischief rather than anything constructive.
He can't stand sweets, and he has a strange soft spot for any and all small things. He can also speak English well enough, thank you very much, and if he has a strange accent, so be it. He only speaks French with Adeline, and even then not very often.
Background: Arthur Chevalier is Adeline Chevalier's little brother and grew up with her in their estate about an hours' drive from Paris. For much of his young life he has tried his best to keep his sister from causing any major international catastrophies, or at least, any kitchen catastrophies. When Adeline was sent to Atrum Academy for manners, his mother took pity on him and sent him to England to study among humans. Events back at the Academy, however, have convinced both he and his mother that he must transfer immediatly and keep his older sister from possibly pissing off every supernatural creature in this or any other demension.
Basically, he has been, and probably always will be- a babysitter.

Hey Arthur, how'd you and your sis like to meet an ex-vampire slayer? |D;
Clarence strolled through the hall when he saw a blond guy in the distance slowly approaching his way. He eyed at him warily and thought he saw for a second a set of fangs flashing from his mouth.

wha~! really, really!! So exciting! >< (drama is so fun XD)
Archer stretched languidly, a lazy smile of satsifaction on his lips. He'd finally located the ellusive cafateria and had his fill of all the AB positive he'd been craving since that morning. Life was good. He noticed a tall young man with the coolest hair color he'd ever seen. In an exceptionally good mood he gave the guy a mock salute and grin, "Afternoon."

Clarence slightly slowed down his pace as he headed his way. He saw the blond up close and when the other greeted him, he was definitely sure he had seen fangs. "Hi..." he said cautiously then asked, "Are you a vampire?"

"You can tell?" Arthur grinned. He was rather proud of his fangs, although they weren't especially long. It was nice to get noticed though. He scrutinized the new guy but he couldn't quite place him. He didn't seem to have horns or a tail...

"Ah, so you are then?" Clarence grimaced in an amused fashion. He had hunted small-time vampires like him back in the days. "My name's Clarence. Clarence Schraeder. Perhaps you've heard of me?" He liked to think he had made a big name for himself in the vampire hunting business, but sadly it wasn't so.

"Oh, yeah, I know you," Arthur nodded, smiling pleasatnly. "If I recall, you were good enough of an assasin for Mama to send a few of her own to take you down." He laughed, clapping him on the back, "Good to see you made it out alive. Mama is way too strict." He winked. "Although you've killed a fair amount of us," he added, tapping his fang absently...

"I remember that," Clarence chuckled somewhat painfully. "Someone hired me to hunt down an Adeline Chevalier, I believe. For what reason, he didn't say." He remembered a picture that his contractor gave to him - a blond girl with lavender eyes and a crazy expression on her face. "Say, you wouldn't happen to be her brother?" He noted the other's similar features.

"Unfortnatly," Arthur laughed, unfazed. Adeline could take care of herself. He was curious, however... "How were you gonna kill her?" His expression took a bit of a cruel edge, "And, although this probably is against your policy, mind telling me who commissioned you?" He didn't have a lot of hope the guy would tell him, though. "Oh, I'm Arthur, by the way," he grinned. "Always second to my older sister. Apparently I'm not important enough to get an assasin," he mockingly grumbled.

"Quite nice to meet you," Clarence said in exaggerated enthusiasm. Then he brushed back his multicolored bangs and grinned wryly. "Ah, if I told you how I would have killed her and who it was, what difference would it make?"

"Well, obviously I have to kill the bastard that hired you. No offence, of course," Arthur grinned, "And I'd like to know how because I have a few enemies that could do with a good scare," he laughed, "Although if it's holy water, I can't really do anything with that." Arthur wondered vaugly why he did tell him his name. Was he still wary of vamps? Maybe he was still in business, then it would be smart not to tell a potential target his name.

"Hmm, well he said his name was Roland. If you can find him, good for you." He said this indifferently. Clarence didn't seem to care much about Roland. He was after all just a contractor, and not a particularly nice one at that. "I've quit the business sometime ago." Then he added quickly, not wanting to seem weak, "Out of boredom, not from fear of course."

"Of course, of course," Arthur agreed, seeing a kindred spirit. Being weak was not cool, at least in his book. "Roland then, no surname I take it?" He asked hopefully, although not expecting much. There were a million Rolands though, so it might be helpful, at least to try. "I'm sure killing our kind can be very boring," He added with a wry grin. Well, some of them, he amended mentally.

Clarence shrugged. "I don't know, though good luck trying to find him," adding a tiny smirk. "I had hoped this academy would prove more entertaining but so far, not much has peaked my interest." He was definitely not happy about catching up on the pile of Weaponry homework.

"Yeah? You haven't been attacked yet then," Arthur grinned, nodding. "But I'm sure it'll spice up for you. What class are you in, Killer?"

"Weaponry," Clarence said indifferently. All the other classes seemed stale, and he was under the initial impression that people got to destroy things in that class. "And you?"

"Weaponry," Arthur grinned, "Guess we're class mates then." He stretched, grimacing, "You met the teacher yet? She's something evil, I say," He grumbled, "But the homework's pretty cool. Now let's see...I'd say, you're some kinda long range weapon guy, aren't you," Arthur guessed, although he really hadn't a clue.

"Oriosis? Yeah," Clarence groaned. "First day here and I'm already assigned piles of work to catch up on. And I use a whip, so yes it can be long range for some purposes." He regarded Arthur, not really sure what sort of weapon he used.

"I know what you mean," Arthur grimaced good naturedly, "The old lady did the same thing to me a few weeks ago. But, at least the assignments weren't too annoying." He paused. "Except this month's. Can't say I'm looking forward to doing it." He laughed, "Not because I'm a coward, I assure you."

"Luckily I got this month's assignment done with," Clarence said slightly grinning. "Which reminds me, I need to get work on the other homework. See ya." He waved to him continuing on about his own business.

So this is the brother you were talking about! His personality is certainly different from Adeline's (it's hard to be the responsible one sometimes!) but you can definitely see the resemblance in appearance. It's really well drawn, I love your colouring style!

Cierra walks up beside him and grins."Hello, I'm Cierra and you are?"

Arthur glanced down, surpised. He hadn't expect so many polite people. The fact this was a school for dark creatures obviously didn't deter them. He grinned back, plesantly surpised, "Hey, it's Arthur."

Cierra held out a hand to shake. "Greetings Arthur, and welcome to Freak-High." She grinned.

Arthur took the hand and gave a litle mock bow over it, although he decided against kissing. The problem with most of the girls here were they could all beat his ass. "The perfect place for one such as I, then." He grinned, " You're not the usual breed, but I can't say I can quite tell what speices such beautiful wings belong to. What are you, pretty girl?"

Cierra had never been so complimented in her life, in fact people were more likely to curse her name, especially after breaking multiple bones by accident of course. "Um, I'm a fairy?" She said, giving a small bow of her own. She felt confused. This was the second time in her WHOLE LIFE she had felt shy.

"A fairy? Oh, you must be Adeline's 'Ma fee' right?" Arthur grinned, letting go of her hand. "Thanks for staying with her, she's annoying I know, but she needs more people to bother than just me." He pulled a hand through his locks and grimaced, "Even little brothers need a break, you know?"

"No." Cierra said simply. "I never had any siblings. If I did, I would irriatte them all the time, because I am a fairy, so I guess I support your sister." Cierra paused. She felt as if she had crossed some sort of line that most people had. She felt slightly shy again. "Uh... you know... Because it's in my nature."

Arthur threw up his hands in mock exasperation "I bet it's because she has that whole deadly cute thing going on," He grumbled, although his eyes danced. "Although I would think a cute fairly like you would have enough of her antics?"

Cierra bit her tongue. This guy was so suave. "Uh, no... She's mischievious and I'm glad to have a friend who is like me... And she's lucky to have a brother who thinks about her so much." Cierra regained some of her confidence and crossed her arms, grinning. "She's all you've been able to talk about."

Arthur's cheeks warmed and he coughed self conciously. "Ha~ no way. I'll tell you a secret, ma belle. That girl is the whole reason I had to transfer here. Mama didn't think that idiot could take care of herself, so I'm the babysitter." He grinned, "But it's not so bad, the girls here are far more interesting."

"Yeah, I can sort of see why she would need to be taken care of. Who would want to be kicked out of the library, has she seen the gargoyle?..." Cierra coughed. "You're quite a smooth talker," she noted, "Have you tried NOT flirting for a while?" She asked with her own grin.

Back in his own element, Arthur spread his arms wide, "Where is the fun in that?! Sounds damn dull if you ask me. Plus I have territory to maintain you know. The guys here also seem abnormally interesting. They might be stealing my girls you know," He said dramatically, eyes dancing wickedly.

"Hmm, sounds boring. Although granted if the meat is fresh enough, I guess that would work." He grinned, inadvertantly flashing his teeth at her. It was a bad habit picked up at home that some of the older vamps used to show dominance. Catching himslef he clicked his teeth shut. "Pardon, old habits die hard."

"Now this is what I love about girls around here, humans are far too fainthearted," Arthur beamed, lights dancing in his eyes. "You're a tough girl, aren't you?" He knew he should stop playing, but the vampire boy couldn't seem to help himself, she was so different from anything he'd ever seen...
