hey, more fanart. I quite enjoy these sketchy lil side profiles. i might do some more in the future.Todays featured character is Sakaki-san from Azumanga Daioh. Most people like either Chiyo-chan or Osaka from Azumanga, but Sakaki is my fav. I dunno why. i guess i relate to her, kinda. Tall and quiet, yet often thinking about things you wouldn't quite expect of them.
that, or i just feel sorry for her. a cute girl stuck in a cool girls body. whatever. Point is, i really really like her. Getting the colour of her eyes, hair and uniform was really hard to pin down but im pleased with the result.

i think the uniform could have been a little bolder, and maybe the skin colour isnt quite right...

i just got the whole season on DVD and i love it although i must admit i have no idea what the moral is in that thing i've watched so many times and tried to get a message out of it and all i get it random crap....meh w/e it's funny right? and that's all that matters

yey for Azumanga daioh I am ordering the box set tonight ^_^ and the two galaxy angel series. although galaxy angel the manga is waaay better than the series

i got all of Azumanga in both manga and anime form. I just recently been watching through the anime again, cuz i havnt gone through it for ages. i've got to go through Excel Saga, Bubblegum Crisis, Full Metal Panic and maybe Gundam SEED all the way through again. oh and maybe Chrono Crusade. i havnt decided yet.
