A little Patlabor fanart inspired by having to scrape the ice off my car this winter.I used the Sketchbook apps watercolor brush to colour this; I kinda like it?
I totally put the wrong uniform on Noa Izumi; I couldn’t find a good reference for their winter uniform, so I just put her in her wet weather poncho. :q
