It's a rare but wonderful coincidence when I'm commissioned to illustrate a character I know and am a fan of him and his story. Lorian Ain'Dal is a dark, powerful and dangerous fae from the upcoming novel "A Taste of Mortality". He is ruthless, with sadistic tendencies, but at the same time there is a lot of suffering and sadness lurking beneath the surface - even if he hides this side of him most of the time
