black&white, minus a sharpened tie.

I softened the red of the tie a little bit to make it less standoutish, as well as taking care of any colour spots I had forgotten with my first submission.

I agree with *pest79456 ; it looks good, but the red tie stands out too much, it's too vibrant for this B&W picture. Also, her shirt has hints of peach/orange, maybe from her skin through her shirt or the way you manipulated the colours. It's distracting... If you could even that out, it'd look better.
