Description
Well this was my first one after the HD crash. And I wanted to do something a bit crazy. Hope you like her pumped up
A simple environment map on the dome, environment strength 0.40.
Two Mesh lights from front and side, one bluish spot from the back.
Iray shaders for everything in the scene.
Rendered in Daz Studio 4.8.0.55 with IRay, postwork in photoshop (color corrections, added background, sharpening, overlay)

Hehe well, real indoor scenes are harder to get right. I almost always cheat. Meaning I remove walls or even the ceiling in most renders
The above render was just the girl. Background was a blurred photo added in postwork.
If you want to do indoor, try using 2 large meshlights. Depending on the scene or mood you can add a light from a lamp or a candle. Reflective white ceilings also work well. Use a bright spot that iluminates the ceiling and reflects back on you scene. There are so many posibilities depending on the scene and the mood.
If you want a more specific answer, I need some more details what you want to do.
