I used some ideas from the great shaders provided by
Iray shaders for everything in the scene.
Rendered in Daz Studio 4.8.0.59 with IRay, postwork in photoshop (color corrections, sharpening, added frame)
Render time 35 minutes on a 970GTX (~1700 iterations). Two mesh lights. Bluish environment light. One spot as backlight.
