A simple bluish environment map on the dome, environment strength 0.15.
Two Mesh lights from right side upper and lower, one bluish spot from the left.

Iray shaders for everything in the scene.
Rendered in Daz Studio 4.8.0.55 with IRay, postwork in photoshop (color corrections, added background, sharpening, overlay, some corrections)
