I'm sorry i didn't read the last line...I found a tutorial over the Net (really???). Quickly it works like this: your textures are set on layers overlapping like those of PS...higher ones are the lower in the list -just keep it in mind to organize your works-...you set a couple of white layers or light light light blue layers with different saturation to simulate shadows of ice and snow itself...then you work on the last (in the list) layer's COVERAGE setting. This layer must be white. The higher the value the most this layer will fill the depression of lower ones...I hope you got something out of this crappy explanation
