Today Scooby Doo meets The Mane Six
It'd be something if Scooby Doo and his gang actually met the girls of Equestria, and all the hijinks that would occur with them. I think Scooby and Shaggy would get along best with Pinkie Pie due to them being food cravers. Rarity and Daphne would get along well for obvious reasons, and same said with Twilight Sparkle and Velma. Fred and Spike could also share tips on how to woo the ladies of their dreams.

I'd like to see Pinkie Pie get Scooby and Shaggy to sing "Giggle at the Ghosties" every time they encounter the "monster" of the week.

This sounds bizarre until I remember the episodes where they met the Harlem Globetrotters, the Three Stooges, Batman and Robin (and Scooby and Shaggy outsmarted the Joker and Penguin — yes you heard that right), and the Addams Family.
Really, after all that, talking ponies would be normal. But who would the villain be?

That show was pure mockery, and it was also having continuity plot holes regarding its own timeline.

Well mostly it would be Scooby and the Gang would be brought to Equestria to help solve a mystery. Much like the Phoenix Wright Game Turnabout Storm which crosses the attorney and the girls over.

Celestia would use her magic to teleport them to Equestria. I'm not intending to make a real crossover I just thought it'd be fun to think about.
