Catty Noir is all done in Adobe Illustrator CS5, the tools that I used are pen tool (P) (N), gradient and brushes.

yeah it's near impossible to prevent art theft online, but I suppose at the very least its kinda cool that your artwork is on the box...even though you don't get credited...okay maybe it's not THAT cool but you know

About the front of the of this outfit ... hm well you can improvise, I imagined it as a simple front part that goes around her neck with pretty deep cleavage, or you can try with turtleneck with the cleavage. It's a bit retro outfit so you can relay and experiment with that
