This is very nice! I can tell you've worked at the style, and when people don't, anime gets a really bad wrap for it! The left eye is a bit small, but that's very easy to correct. I see the shoulder you started on looks wrong, because shoulders aren't made to naturally stick out like that. Do a bit of work on the deltoid and you'll see what I mean. The foreshortening could use some work, but I can't give much advice since I can't foreshorten myself. I suggest overlapping shapes! The shading and clothing folds are very accurate, nice work!
