Let me formally introduce Sayuri and her zanpakuto, Hoonoryu. These two are a fiery duo and a bit of a force to be reckoned with.

Sayuri is on a quest of revenge or vengeance, which of the two she does not care; either she kills the soul reaper the murdered her brother or she'll get his one and only son. Knowing fully well it won't bring her brother back to her, Sayuri is devoted to this mission to ease the scar the brutal slaying left in her memories. Witnessing one's idol fall leaves a hefty wound to heal.

The fire and passion of both her quest and personality had lured Hoonoryu to her. He is the voice of insanity that keeps herself destructive quest close in mind. He quietly guides her though strategic moves to not only seek out her prey, but get further up in the world.
