they are a counterpart to my bears line and if this was a pokemon game they would be version exclusives, this ones being more focused on defense and status and the bears more focused on offense and shit

Eh version exclusives don't really matter that much nowadays, there's always people willing to trade their exclusive for yours, or you can get it through Wonder Trade. It really only comes down to which legendary you like more.

i was once there and people are a little bit stupid about what to trade... if there would be equalized trade functions....
so you can't trade a GOD for a Larva... then maybe... i just had to play through pokemon sun so my girlfriend could get the view new pokemons she can't catch in moon... without fepending on other strangers

For version exclusives they usually trade for other version exclusives, like Alolan Vulpix for Alolan Sandshrew. At least they did in Y, I haven't had a reason to use the GTS in Moon yet cause I got 2 Vulpixes from Wonder Trade really early. But yeah for anything other than the version exclusives the GTS is shit.
