I actually preferred the big circle eyes on the old version, but Owltergast does flow better than Geistowl.

GOWL
The Ghost Owl pokemon
Its said that those who move on from the land of living, a Gowl will hunt the beings soul and devour it if that soul doesn't move on. Making those who it devours, come back as some ghost pokemon or be trapped in a forever limbo.

The Reaper Pokemon
It said that this pokemon travels around the world to send evil souls to damination, once its contract is done it will move on as a pokemon in its next life.

I wonder how Owltergast would have to manipulate air molecules so they don't transmit sonic energy waves. Could this effect block explosive shock waves?
Or does Owltergast simply disable one's audio cortex in range?
