AKA- helping make nemesis for 's Vinnie the Vampire Bat.

Random facts-
*voice sounds like: Vincent Price
* For the first three years of his life he was raised by his grandmother, who never called him by his real name. So he thought his name was actually "Charlie Chaplin".
*So naturally he wants to destroy him...Does not know that he's dead.
* His brain and spine was damaged by one of his inventions exploding.
* He lost his eyes, however, from a horrible weenie on a stick accident. On two different occasions. Never learned his lesson the first time.
* He doesn't want to rule the world. He just wants to destroy everybody in it. then maybe he'd have some peace.
* Considers himself very calm and collect. But Agent V makes him explode from agitation once per scheme. Never know when, though.
