Just some of the bent axels concepts i struggled with this year desperate for a creative spark. To no avail~ got shut down every direction i started to like... the center one seems to be the one they like the most, wont say which one i love cause it doesnt frickin matter... the customer is always...blah blah blahsometimes its quite tough getting a conceptual foundation for whatever reason. this year was especially tough for me conceptually... everytime they dictate the elements for their design it goes COLD...COLDER COLLLDER>>>>>
this year they dictated everything and did not give me any great vehicles images to work with....
not whining but) i hate this car, i love the flash the pizazz of the fenderless rides and they keep throwing their hearing-aids at me...errrrrrr
oh well this is no-where near ready but the show must go... or is it back to the )_(^*%
im not very satisfied as you can read, but just thought id share a bit of the design process when its not going soo smoothly... thanks peace out

I feel your pain man, sometimes I want to bash a client's head into the table lol. Awesome work though, from what I can see I love the bottom right design

Haha that was a good read I hate it when people think they know how to design. All I think in my head is the sooner I do what they want the sooner they leave. HAHAHA
Great job though I see where you wanted to go but sometimes its better if you when people let you do what your good at.

totally... i agree. ive done this job for 4years. each year they told me what to do and i fought em and each year i got to do what i wanted to basically with many images to work with. by the second year they were selling out and doing second reprints. the third year i got second place nationally with the design and now regress..... eerrrrrrrrrrrr cant win em all but 2nd place is still close.

While I agree that the fenderless cars have a great look to them sometimes the coupes need a little love

thanks... it might just be me whining. the 39 stock and the 39 custom is another reason why i was having trouble, these guys are so old school that they hate anything modern on their rides..
too each their own..
