I can just imagine Deadpool singing 'Stop' by Against Me as he swings the sign at Deathstroke, in his silly, higher-pitched voice..
Both characters look great, and the stop sign is just perfect for Deadpool.

Based on the major crossover event, Deadpool wouldn't die, but Deathstroke would win. Just keep shooting him until deadpool saw their similarities through the fourthwall, inched off, and donned a deathstroke-like costume.

I'm just basing this off the large-scale Marvel/DC crossover event (by the actual writers of the 2) in which that happened.

It'd be a constant stream of jokes about eyes and cyclops, and possibly calling slade a pedophile because of the creepyness of his appearances in the cartoon.
Maybe with pirate jokes as well.
