Description
Since everyone seemed to like Zeth so much, I convinced him to let me do a pinup of him. I removed his collar and several of his chains for maximum exposure…but I had to leave some restraints on. We can’t have the pretty psycho boy running around loose now can we?
For those that don’t know, Zeth has a form of Albinism called Leucism. If you want to argue with me about rather humanoids can be leucistic or not, then we'll just assume he's piebald. The point is that while he does have a form of albinism, his skin isn't completely lacking of pigment. He does have some pigment to his skin. And no, sunlight wouldn't bother him anyMORE than it would a normal Drow. Just wanted to clear all that up!

I love this. The concept is very fascinating and he's just a cutie. I love the body art and the epression is very innocent/come hither. The contrast between the rose and the chains is just fascinating, the true paradox of drow beauty. He just stands out. I would love to see more of this character, so keep up the good work.

I think Zeth is a brilliant idea; nice use of creativity; not albino (which has been done) but partial albinism. Good thinking.
Just a few nits and then I'll gush praise: hands are slightly weak, but I can hardly fault that because... they're hard. The abs look squashed or defined incorrectly; I'm certain there should be more ripple there before the navel.
Otherwise, I love his pose! He's curled so nicely. And that upraised knee rocks! I'm not into legs, but it looks very realistic and is shaded perfectly; excellent definition. Your shading in general is very nice to look at, not awkward at all. The texture on the purple pillows works well and the black drapery looks very much like satin. And perhaps this is my own little bias, but I love the shape (and shading) of his eyes.

Thanks for the critique. I didn’t really notice anything wrong with the hands at first, probably because I’ve ALWAYS had a hell of a time drawing hands and I’ve had to learn to be happy with the anatomical blunders I draw, hehe. They do look awkward, though they aren’t the worst hands I’ve draw before!
And I totally agree about the abs…I couldn’t for the life of me get them to look right. I didn’t even notice the problem until I started coloring and after trying a few different ideas with the shading I just gave up. I’m still not sure what I did wrong, but I know there’s definitely something wrong with them. I think the pose must have thrown me off or something. I have trouble with poses and the more complicated the pose, the more wonky my anatomy tends to get. I’m still learning…
