I'm bored, miserably sick, and uninspired. So have a bunch of randomly swimming jellies on me.
Yes, I like jellyfish. Spiced, sauced and cold, thank you.

OMG, Farburetor! Today is Rob's brother's birthday. And he LOVES jellyfish. Heck, for a while, he even had a personalized license plate that read "JLLYFISH." Seriously. I love the cuisine, but I don't have an opportunity to try the real stuff. You know how squeamish Americanized Chinese Restaurants are about anything that looks stranger than Sweet and Sour Pork, and I live in an area where the nicest and only legitimately Asian restaurant for almost two hundred miles is a Sushi Bar that only serves ten different types of sushi, and potstickers (but mon dieu, their dragon roll is heavenly).

Yeah, that's a giant 'no' to the chicken feet, thank you very much. And isn't zhu xue the asian equivalent to Black Pudding? I've had Black Pudding. No thank you.
Of course, I might in turn guide you to Boiled Tripe, or Steak and Kidney Pie next time you're in England. Or perhaps Rocky Mountain Oysters if you're ever in the Good Ol' US of A
