I can't believe nobody is getting the reference joke that the comment was.

That's what Rita Repulsa says at the opening of the original Might Morphin Power Rangers series. The Spider Queen's costume reminds me of Rita's costume (although was not influenced by it).

Some stupid Astronauts on the Moon apparently find a larger manhole looking object that OBVIOUSLY WAS NOT PUT THERE BY HUMANS and they decide to OPEN THE FUCKING THING and out pops Rita Repulsa who barely stretches herself out after being cramped in the hole with no less than 4 other occupants and she instantly turns her attention to the blue(wtf??) 'sky' on the Moon where the Earth can be seen and proclaims that phrase.

And then 15 years pass and nobody has conquered Earth yet.
