For some reason I find that some of the scales are off,
Can I ask you for the source you used here?

For the HW2 ships i used the game's move feature. For the HW1 ships the sizes are all over the place from threads to the HW wiki. All the images I took myself though. took hours xD.

I think that the main issue here is that perspective is making you place them at the wrong size, the Taiidan Assault frigate is a good example of this mistake, I think i would have been better to extract the ships from the game, maybe it could have taken more time, but it would be more accurate.
