Of all the possible scenarios, this would be the most likely human counterpart of King Sombra in the Equestria Girls franchise. Here is a top-tear swordsman, military genius, black belt martial artist, shrewd businessman, one-man army and cold-blooded killer: all a deadly threat to the Humane Seven. Possibly the deadliest threat of all.

Story/Synopsis (in progress):
10 years ago, Lord Sombra, public CEO of Sombra Industries and secret warlord, personally murdered Sunset Shimmer's parents before the 8-year-old girl's eyes (as did his counterpart in Equestria); he immediately tried to have her killed as well, only to be caught in a near-fatal accident. Sunset escaped, disappearing into the night. Now that the world now knew who he was after that incident, a reconstructed, healing Sombra had been forced into hiding; just as well, because everyone believed he had perished. He vowed revenge on Sunset. All he had to do was wait until she had been found.
A decade later, the Dark Lord reemerges. The Dazzlings—Adagio Dazzle, Aria Blaze, and Sonata Dusk—had been approached by him after the Battle of the Bands. They told him everything they know about the sightings of Sunset Shimmer (the Equestrian counterpart) as well as Elements of Harmony; the layout and personnel of Canterlot High School; their knowledge of Equestria. As a token of his gratitude, Sombra trains them into the ranks of his elite ninja and names them his top lieutenants. Drunk with power and a thirst for vengeance, the Dazzlings have no idea of the lengths to which their master will go... or the depths to which he'll sink.
It's a stormy night in Canterlot when Sombra starts a hostile takeover of C.H.S., with the Dazzlings leading the surprise attack. Once all the students and staff are herded into the gym, surrounded, he makes his armored presence known to all. Sunset, upon recognizing the eyes and voice of her parents' killer, is reduced to a frightened, traumatized child. This may not be exactly the same Sunset that Sombra had chased for ten years, but she will pray a most useful role in his plans...
Sombra reveals his cybernetically enhanced strength and speed as well as his superior training, humiliating the reckless Rainbow Dash in hand-to-hand combat; yanking Applejack into a punch with her own lasso; and seriously crushing Big Macintosh in seconds. Before he can finish off Big Mac for all to witness, Fluttershy surprisingly runs to within an arm's length of the two men, yelling out "Wait!" She tearfully begs Sombra to spare the boy she loves. Impressed by Fluttershy's true courage, the Dark Lord concedes.
As his forces chase every student and teacher out of the school, Sombra orders his technicians to have the magical portal to Equestria encased within a force field: nobody goes in, nobody comes out. He then sends the Dazzlings with four additional ninja to "spar" with the Humane Seven; he is most curious to see how these girls can fight as a team.
He has them on the run now, Sombra knows. All he has to do now is find a way to make Sunset pay. During some contemplation—in the tune of a very catchy, scary villain song—he has thought of something: something that just... might... work.
