The Sloth Bear, a goofy-looking yet unpredictable species of bear native to the Indian subcontinent. Most assuredly the bear that inspired Rudyard Kipling's Baloo (though not acutely depicted in any Jungle Book screen adaptation that I know of. A shame, since that fur and those years would make for quite a character).
