I found it a catchy title ^^So it's summer , time to drool over the hot babes with bikinis and bake under the sun.Or dig some in adn tickle there feetsies XD
I always try my best to make the image almost like the original character so can u guys see who this is from Bleach??
I took her cous most woulden't think of tickling her anyway
most popular would be the main characters anyway but what of the others ?? aha a big and shy girl getting some lovly tickles from her own capt'n aint that awfull XDedit: eh tried to colour it , also did a crappy revamp

It's always hard critiquing a WIP, since the sketch lines catch the eye a bit. However, what appears to be the focus of the image are the feet, and I have to say, they look incredible. The stretching of the left foot is very well done. They look very real.
There are a couple of points I would noticed, though. First would be that I think the toes need a little more curve. They look a bit too straight, too much like fingers, or else too much as if you're looking at the from the top. Toes, from above, look straight and flat. From the bottom, though, they have very deep, well-defined curves that act a lot like springs or shock suspensions during walking and running.
My second observation has to do with the right foot, which I think you may have noticed as well. The curves seem a little off on the outside edge. I think it curves into the heel a bit late, but I could be wrong on that. Either way, it looks a little flatter than the left.
Also, I think you should flex the left foot forward a little bit more. It's a strange but reflexive reaction when being tickled to point the balls of the feet toward the sensation, and while you have the toes' reaction down pat, the direction of the ankle-to-ball seems a bit stiff.
Anyways, as I said, it's hard to judge things in a WIP-state, but I have to say that the feet, despite my previous comments, are a work of art. They look very touchable, very real. They tug at the eye and makes the viewer feel as if they can be actually fill the skin, muscle and shape of real feet.

yes wips are still rough lines but it covers the final one for a very good portion.I tried my best ( as always ) for the feet to look very realistic but as said , could use some work here and there.
Toes are something i haven't realy put a lot of work and detail in but i see it is important now to make things even more better.Haven't found my way yet of making them look real good aswel as toenails but it will evolve eventualy.
The curve on the right foot is somewhat like that, the thing is there still a tad burried in sand so that curve line is actually a sand line that splits ground and feet.So thats normal, bit same with the left heel stuck in sand.
So the left big toe and ball should be a bit more flexed towards the feather hu. but the toes keep there spot.Mkay i'll see if i can get that done.

But either way, I just geekishly hope it's him. We haven't had to much Comedy going on in Bleach for a bit.

A lovely image, and yes its easy to tell who this is. You got the tousled looking haircut down perfectly and her expression looks adorable as well.
I love the scenario and your description stating Unohana is the one holding that feather makes the situation all the sweeter.
As for the choice of character, i find it very refreshing to see a Bleach picture that isnt about the main cast/popular ladies. Isane is so under-appreciated, she needs more love/tickles.

good cous i wasen't sure i got it good , since i havent drawn anime faces a lot latly + i find it hard to show the diffrences in face style , kinda if u take away the hair they look bout 80% the same
