Senator Morgan Magrath is a business woman turned politician who works from Parliament in Ottawa, her duties are running the country of Canada with the other senators while ensuring the laws made by the government are obeyed by the citizens. On the surface Morgan is a shrewd but tolerable person who is willing to work with others, even superheroes despite her personal opinions on them as lawless vigilantes, alas this is all nothing but a façade to hide her true face. In reality Morgan Magrath is an ambitious, spiteful, cold hearted, ruthless and the most evil woman in the Wonder Universe who is driven by one goal, to ride the earth of all superheroes and to take control of it as a global dictator, making a world where she has all the power and no one else. She founded the secret criminal organization called SICKLE that works in the shadows, spies on all governments in every country and monitors the rising numbers of superheroes on the planet, learning their strengths and weaknesses in the goal to capture and terminate them all. She is an evil woman who is driven by a twisted hatred of all superheroes and will not rest until they are all destroyed, by any means necessary, starting with one of the big six himself, Samuel Logan\The Wonder.
