Guess who's back, back again forName: Xycann
Element: Yin-Yang
Proof of Existence: The Nonchalant Assailant

Brief Description of Element Use: Xycann manipulates the positive/negative aspects of a person to gain an advantage in battle. Xycann can extract Yin or Yang energy out of one person and store it in her mala for five minutes. After the five minutes are up, Xycann would have used up her energy and would have to wait for a cooldown before she can use her element to extract or return yin/yang energy. Because of this, she has to be able to keep track of time in order to prevent worst case scenarios from happening when it comes to using her element. If she returns the yin/yang energy back in time, the cooldown will be the same; but she doesn't have to worry about making the situation worse and has less to deal with after.
If Xycann extracts yin energy, the target becomes very positive and will end up being too kind and won't throw punches. However, if Xycann is unable to give the yin energy back to the target within the time limit, that person may start boosting the morale of their teammates by rallying them to fight for justice.
If Xycann extracts yang energy, the target would only have their negative aspects left inside themselves. They won't be able to tell friend from foe and will turn on their teammates and fight them rather than Xycann. But, if five minutes passed and Xycann didn't give the yang energy back, the target will descend into madness and will attack anything or anyone they see. This makes them more of a threat and a hassle to deal with before Xycann extracted their yang energy.
Xycann can use her element on herself in order to split into two versions of herself: Yin Xycann and Yang Xycann. While split, Yin Xycann can only extract yin energy and Yang Xycann can extract only yang energy. However, each are able to extract on a single target; which means the two forms together can hold on to yin-yang energies from two different people. They cannot extract both yin and yang energy from the same target. The two forms take on different fighting styles. Yin Xycann takes on a defensive approach and uses hand to hand combat. Yang Xycann is more offensive and aggressive uses the zhanmadao when fighting. The two forms are only able to stay separated for two minutes before merging back as one. The enemy can also force her to merge back into one as well (basically like when Sora fights Larxene and uses the reaction command when fighting her copies).

Homeworld: The Land of Dragons
Personality: Xycann has matured and mellowed out a lot in the three years she was away from the castle. Her mood doesn't change as frequent as it did in the past, but she would do it out of boredom. She still hates being bored. Xycann is now more open to people and not as standoffish as she was in the past, so new friends are welcome. She doesn't mind having deep conversations with others or even a flirt here or there. To her, it doesn't matter as long as she's able to make connections with her allies. She is very loyal and felt extremely guilty for leaving the castle, but felt it was necessary. She was part of the organization for a very long time and felt that it's time to change for the better.
Extra Stuff:
- She left the castle to find herself and travelled for three years before returning. She felt she wasn't being useful to the organization being the way she was after the Miss Fortune debacle. She felt stuck; after all this time that she spent being part of the organization, she wasn't improving. Those who joined after her were able to become stronger whereas she did not because of the fear she had that Miss Fortune pointed out to her.
- Xycann returned to her homeland for a while in order to figure out how to have better control over her element. It's not as clear cut as some members within the organization, so it takes a lot of energy for Xycann to use it. But she was optimistic.
- During her stay in her homeland, she visited a remote temple and meditated to seek answers. She remembered part of her past during one of her meditation sessions. There is still a lot that she can't recall, but it's a start.
- Eventually, she had a revelation that when using a mala to help with her meditation, she felt more at ease when using her element and decided to get rid of her choker as a weapon and refashioned what was left of it into a mala. She gained a zhanmadao as her new weapon
- Xycann no longer has to physically touch her weapon to use her element
- Xycann still requires daily meditation, but it is not as difficult for her to relax and destress as it was before
- Throughout her travels, she has collected a huge assortment of tea and is planning to share them with the others when she returns to the castle
- She has also gained a bit of a sweet tooth and became a tea addict after having tried many different snacks that would go well together with tea. So an effective way to coax Xycann with something is either tea or snacks. Having them together will increase the odds in your favour
This girl had so much development since joining the organization, it's insane. I checked the date when Xycann joined the group originally, and it's been 10 goddamn years! Where the hell did the time go?! Will add more stuff to her once I make a character study at a later date.

Yeah definitely old lol. Been in the group since 2008 old. XD She missed the memo about the group becoming active again. In reality, I was away on vacation at the time it was going on so I missed the deadline of the first activity check so I had to wait for the second part to finish before I could ask to rejoin again. But if I was able to, I would have definitely had Xycann rejoin the group again during the first activity check. For story purposes, she would have left sometime after the last OI christmas event.

Awesome. Are Ashlynx and Xyarne friends or acquaintances? Cause I was thinking of having Xycann meet Ashlynx at the meet and greet by both trying to grab tea or something and then Xaryne would somehow end up in the picture. Something like that anyway.
