Description Yet another concentration piece. I chose to draw The Pied Piper of Hamelin.

Explanation: There is a German town called Hamelin where back in 1284, there was a rat infestation. A piper arrived in the town one day, and offered to get rid of the rats if the town would pay him. The mayor promised him lots of money, and the piper lured out the rats with his music and drowned them in the nearby river. When he asked for his pay, the mayor refused, and the piper swore revenge. On a Sunday in July when all the adults were in church, the Piper returned and lured out the children of Hammelin and led them into a cave on the side of a mountain that sealed shut.
The story supposedly documents emigration or death of the children in Hamelin where the pied piper is either the recruiter or the Black Plague, respectively. More can be read here: [link]

I like how the cape is the only thing colored. Only one complaint. The pipers hands are a too small. Otherwise, fantastic!
