Those eyes are very creepy. The dark soul like atmosphere and appearance of this character. Greatly done indeed. I like the open chest part, looks like she is in the middle of open heart surgery.
A dark pain added piece. Incredible work.

an sich nicht schlecht, aber es würde komplett schwarzweiß evtl besser wirken, da es ohnehin arg farblos ist. aber das ist eben der geschmack
