Yes, in technicality. But he has a texture to look like Missingno.... Well, as much as ROB can without vex editing that is. He's edited from that green ROB you fight in The Great Maze... So he glows on some stages.

A hack called, "unrestricted camera", it's also how I'm even using that texture hack.

Well... Hm... First off, what version is your Wii on? I've only used 3.2, because, any other Wii version is harder to hack.

See if this helps with installing Homebrew channel, maybe the Smash Stack method if your Wii version is above 3.2?
