Oh look, a newer OC that no one has seen before!

Ryne is an Angel who commands the Heavenly Army - the army of Angels and Beings of Light. Ryne had been serving as a commander of that army for centuries when he was given the chance to become the new Light Elemental… but to no one’s knowledge, Ryne effectively usurped the throne after both Lucian and their Lesser Lord Attar suddenly went missing. Ryne is in close cahoots with Leviathan, who is not allowed to set foot on the Upper Plains due to some laws that Attar had put into place… but with Ryne in power, Leviathan plans to change things in his favor using Ryne.

Ryne (pronounced like Reign), while looking to be angelic and pure, is a heartless fellow who is extremely prejudiced. He has a low tolerance for anything that he doesn’t believe in. Ryne is fully aware that Leviathan is using him for his own personal gain, but Ryne believes that if he sits in the Heavenly Throne for long enough, he will be recognized as the new Attar, or the new god of Symmetry, regardless if he dons the name “Attar” or not.

Ryne does have his wings in tact, but his cape is supposed to replicate the look of wings as well to show that he has power over all other angels. Ryne is also the person behind the rules of banishing Watchers from the Upper and Middle Plains, pushing them into the Mortal Realms or to seek shelter in the Underground or the Lower Plains.
