EDIT: Colored it, and it took a hour. What I did was applied a filter to the original drawing and then applied a 50% opacity filter over it with the color. As it was only 2 colors, it was simple, but as it was difficult getting stuff selected with jagged edges (same with my pics where I cut out the background), that's why it took that long. But it was a quick n dirty fix, and I'm definitely going to apply that to the Umbreon X Espeon pic, so stay tuned.

And everybody loved Ray William Johnson before he stopped making Equals Three
